Castrol Syntilo 9913 is an oil-rejecting synthetic fluid specifically formulated for machining and grinding aerospace aluminum and other aerospace alloys. Unlike traditional synthetic fluids, it has a neutral pH to prevent staining of sensitive aerospace alloys and promote operator acceptance. It contains a combination of surfactant chemistries that offer superior lubrication and excellent cooling properties. The severe machining capabilities of Syntilo 9913 make it an excellent choice for other aluminum alloys as well, especially when diamond tooling is used.

• Grinding: 6 – 8%
• Machining: 6 – 10%
• To avoid product deterioration always keep the container/drum tightly sealed. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Prevent exposure to frost and avoid water ingress. For optimum product stability, it is preferable to store the product indoors between 5C and 45C / 41F and 113F.
