H2O Plus is a highly concentrated corrosion inhibitor especially developed for wire EDM machines to prevent undesirable buildup of rust on work pieces and non-stainless workholders.

H2O Plus is recommended for use in new or existing machine installations.

H2O Plus is added to the de-ionized water equally between the dirty-water and clean water tanks. A concentration ratio of 1 to 100 guarantees optimal rust proofing.

Features:

• For use in Wire EDM machines to prevent undesirable corrosion of work pieces and to continuously help keep the machine clean.
• Once added to the system, H2O Plus Blue allows more dirt and waste products to be captured by the filtration system, this helps keep the entire machine cleaner.
• Recommended for new machine installations where tank walls, filters, hoses etc. are free of contamination inaction.
• A concentration ratio of 0.5 to 100 guarantees optimal rust proofing and cleaning.
• Non-Ionic, will not effect the de-ionizing resin
• No alteration of conductivity
• No effect on the cutting efficiency of the machine
• Low concentration (1% vol.)
• No tacky or crusty residue
• Physiologically safe
• No toxic or hazardous additives
• No interference with waste disposal
• No influence on steel, non-ferrous heavy metal and graphite
• Can be removed with water
• The concentration level can easily be kept at a ratio of 1 to 150 when adding water

H2O Plus is delivered ready for immediate use. Special cleaning or preparation of the machine is not necessary.
