Standards and Compliance
The UKNI symbol was introduced to the product marketplace after the United Kingdoms (UK) and Northern Irelands official exit from the European Union. It is a certification mark found on certain products that signifies a met standard of safety, health, and environmental protection.

Within Northern Ireland, most products are mandated to have a United Kingdom Northern Ireland (UKNI) mark present. Failure to label a product with required markings could result in it being permanently shelved in addition to costly fines and penalties.
